Fábio Barros

Fabio Batalha Monteiro de Barros is an educator who develops and coordinates initiatives in teacher training, pedagogical innovation, and digital education across Portugal, Brazil, and Mozambique. He holds a postdoctoral degree in Educational Technologies from the University of Minho and a PhD in the History of Sciences (from FIOCRUZ, with recognition from the University of Coimbra). He is the author of the books *Kuidá: Soberania Pedagógica e Educação Digital Humanizada* and *Presente para Professor Presente*. His work focuses on the research and practice of critical, ethical, and human-centered approaches to the integration of emerging technologies, dialogical virtual environments, and artificial intelligence within the realms of education and citizenship.
